At Label Kalwa, we take pride in the quality of our pieces and hope you love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a different size or style may work better. Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a request.
Exchange Policy
- Exchange Only: We currently offer exchanges only, not returns or refunds.
- Subject to Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability in the requested size or style.
- Time Frame: To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Conditions for Exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
- We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.
How to Request an Exchange
- Email us at info@lablekalwa.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was received damaged or defective.
Non-Exchangeable Items
- Customized or made-to-order pieces cannot be exchanged.
- Sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
