At Label Kalwa, we take pride in the quality of our pieces and hope you love your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a different size or style may work better. Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a request.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange Only: We currently offer exchanges only, not returns or refunds.
  • Subject to Availability: Exchanges are subject to product availability in the requested size or style.
  • Time Frame: To be eligible for an exchange, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Conditions for Exchange:
    • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags intact.
    • We reserve the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet these conditions.

How to Request an Exchange

  1. Email us at info@lablekalwa.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
  2. Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the item back to us.
  3. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product was received damaged or defective.

Non-Exchangeable Items

  • Customized or made-to-order pieces cannot be exchanged.
  • Sale items are final sale and not eligible for exchange.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost to you.
